‘Seaspray’ which has been BEAUTIFULLY extended and updated, is a lovely house, hidden away in a very peaceful area of Dymchurch & has been maintained to a high standard.
It offers very comfortable accommodation for a maximum of six persons. It is ideal for couples or families and offers excellent value for money.

There is a spacious family lounge/diner with flat screen TV, Video player, Blu-ray player and Freeview box.
French doors to rear garden.
The dining area has a large table with chairs.
Sun lounge / reading room, with comfortable seating and French doors to the rear garden.
Afternoon lounge with comfortable seating and TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, combination oven, microwave and Rangemaster 5 pan electric hob, dishwasher and plenty of plates, cups, cutlery, etc.
To the FIRST FLOOR there are three bedrooms, the master bedroom has king-size bed and walk in wardrobe. There is another bedroom with king-size bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
There are two bathrooms. One with large corner shower, WC and sink and one with bath having shower over, WC and sink.
There is an enclosed garden with garden furniture and BBQ. The rear gate leads you to the beach.
To the front there is parking for 2 cars on the drive. There is also a wooden bench table for sitting and catching the afternoon sun.

There is a £60 booking fee.
Also a £250 security deposit. Refundable within 10 days of departure.

Just back from a week in Dymchurch at the property Seaspray. The house is absolutely beautiful and so well equipped there is everything you could need for the perfect holiday. The garden has direct access to the sea which is perfect for walking the sea wall, the garden is an excellent place to relax and the whole area is quiet and nice, but in close proximity to so many places to visit and a five minute walk to a very nice pub which serves excellent food

Just had a wonderful week at Seaspray. The house is perfect, plenty of space, comfortable beds and very peaceful surroundings. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need. It’s an easy walk to the shops along the sea wall and a beautiful dog friendly beach just a few feet from the path behind the house. The Ship Inn, just a very short walk away, made our dog very welcome and the food was excellent.
