The ground floor has French doors from the front garden to the lounge diner with table and chairs and comfortable suite. There is a TV with Freeview and a DVD player.

The fully fitted kitchen has oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of storage.

To the rear there is a utility room with washing machine.

The first floor has shower room with shower cubicle, WC and sink as well as a heated towel radiator.

There are two bedrooms, each having two single beds in them.

The top floor houses the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite with shower, WC and sink. This room has lovely views across the golf course as well as the sea.

The property has gas central heating and is mostly double glazed.

Linen and towels are included in the rental.

Dogs are allowed when on a course of flea treatment.
