Upstairs:
There are 4 bedrooms:

One with king-size bed, having ensuite bathroom and WC.

One bedroom with a bunk bed as well as a single bed & a sink.

One twin bedroom with two single beds & a sink.

A children’s bunk room with bunk beds & a sink.

The modern family bathroom has a bath with shower over and WC.

All beds have DUVETS.

Substantial front and rear gardens with small patio area. Off road parking for one car.

The property sleeps a maximum of 8 persons.

Dogs are allowed, but only if on a course of flea treatment.

There is a £35 charge, per dog per week. Max 2 dogs.

BED LINEN is Provided.

TOWELS etc are NOT included.

Towels can be provided for an additional cost of £20.

There is a £60 booking fee.
