"Broadleas" is very much of a favourite of regular visitors.

Ground Floor:

The lounge offers lovely SEA VIEWS across The Romney Bay, from Dungeness to Dover.

There is comfortable seating, flat screen TV with Freeview box, DVD player & radio, CD player.

The well appointed kitchen has electric double oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine & microwave.

The dining room has table & chairs, & doors to the rear garden.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, One with double bed and one with single bed.

There is a downstairs wet room with bath, shower area & WC.

First floor:

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a kingsize bed & patio doors, having Juliet balcony & SEA VIEWS.

The other bedroom has two single beds, a fold-up single bed & a TV.

There is an upstairs shower room with WC.

All beds have duvets.(Please bring your own Linen)

The water is heated with solar panels supported by an immersion heater.

Now with Wi-Fi and a phone having free local calls.

Electricity and heating are included in the rental.

The Front Garden is block paved & has parking for up to 4 cars.

The rear garden has a decked seating area with pagola, lawn, patio & paths.

The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway runs to the rear of the garden.

The holiday home is furnished so that all you need to bring with you is BED LINEN and TOWELS, etc.

Dogs are allowed when on a course of 'Programme'. Dog charge £30 per week, per pet. Max 2 pets.
